Hridika Biswas
Senior Analyst

Hridika joined the HFS team in 2021. She focuses on the F&A and general and business process outsourcing domains. She also analyzes how emerging tech, mainly process intelligence, intelligent document processing (IDP), and artificial intelligence (AI), can enable enterprises to reach their transformation goals.

Hridika’s background includes seven years of experience in quantitative research and analysis with Kantar. She also serviced British American Tobacco, catering to the company’s primary and secondary research needs worldwide. Her primary responsibilities included end-to-end research planning and execution, web-based client presentations, and international in-person presentations in Egypt, Turkey, and Spain. She has also provided training sessions for clients on data analysis tools, including onsite training sessions for BAT in Vietnam. Hridika holds an MBA in Marketing from IBS Hyderabad. Before earning her MBA, she completed her Bachelor of Commerce degree from JD Birla Institute Kolkata.

Her mantra is to be happy and spread smiles and positivity to everyone she meets and interacts with. She believes that a day without laughter is a day wasted. In her spare time, she loves to travel to new and unique places and cook and bake for family and friends. She loves singing and reading different genres of books. On weekends, she likes visiting new eateries and cafes in town and watching movies.
