Associate Director, Research
Mayank Madhur is an Associate Practice Leader at HFS Research, supporting different practice leads with a horizontal focus around IoT, Industry4.0, and Engineering. He also works with practice leads with the focus around Industry verticals (mainly across Healthcare, Life science, Manufacturing, Retail &CPG and Travel, and Hospitality & Logistics).
Mayank has over 6.5 years of research, pre-sales, and software development experience. Prior to HFS, he was part of business strategy and pre-sales in Altimetrik supporting vertical heads, sales, and marketing teams. He also worked in profiling prospective M&A targets in areas of interest of the organization by providing analytical support for benchmarking of the company and worked on peer analysis. Before it in his HCL Tech role, he worked in the delivery team of a large medical device client for the R&D project.
Mayank holds a Master’s in Business Administration from Birla Institute of Technology and Science College, Pilani (BITS, Pilani University) and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical and Electronics from Jawaharlal Nehru National College of Engineering (Visvesvaraya Technological University).
He holds a certificate in “Executive Development Programme in Strategic Management” from IIM Kashipur. His other certification includes the certification on Blockchain Architecture Design and Use Cases from IIT+IBM, IIoT and Industry 4.0 from IIT, Investment management by IIMB, Introduction to Blockchain Technology and Applications by IITM, Google analytics, Scrum, Six Sigma, etc. to name a few. He is passionate about learning new things and thus keep exploring offerings related to new technologies and finance. He has also completed Advanced excel & Power BI certifications.
Mayank lives in Chennai with his wife and son. He is passionate about mythology-related novels and the development of excel based applications.
