Well if it’s so last week then maybe the analysts should revisit their analytics, predictions and advice they are giving to paying buyers/providers. Guess it’s ok to report the demise but if that truly is the case then what will fill the void and what ‘predictions’ are being to forth for the new ‘whatever’ you wish to call it? BTW…. I did put my mouth to this one back in q3-2011.
Yes I agree re-christening BPO would be difficult since many new verticals are coming under outsourcing umbrella with value added services leading to challenging core of BPO services.
