   Very good summation, its one of those things that we use all the time in daily life but businesses are struggling with.

   Very powerful, its an eye opener, with the technology moving so fast, most decision makers do not know what they dont know, world before amazon, itunes, app store, skype, facebook was a very different world. The game is changing, and so are the rules… and everyday!
