Shantanu joined HFS in 2021 as a Director in the area of research and consultation for custom engagements. He has over 13 years of experience in Strategy and Consulting.

Earlier, Shantanu was associated with KPMG since 2013, working in the advisory domain. He has worked extensively with KPMG Global Centre of Excellence where he networked with Sourcing subject matter experts from over 30 countries to develop, market and execute Global Business Service (GBS) Maturity Assessments for numerous clients around the world. He has also worked on numerous thought leadership initiatives with senior KPMG leaders.

Prior to joining KPMG, Shantanu worked in Zinnov Management Consulting and Tata Consultancy Services. Within Zinnov, he worked in Globalization Advisory domain and helped build strategies for major organizations to establish captive centers around the world, create market expansion strategies, conduct product team maturity assessments and evaluate service provider ratings etc.

Shantanu did his MBA from IIFT (Indian Institute of Foreign Trade) and Engineering in Electronics and Telecommunication from DJ Sanghvi College of Engineering, Mumbai.

Shantanu is a music enthusiast and a multi-instrumentalist.
