   Partially I do agree with this. Sometimes we have to hide somethings to get succeed it might be information, might physical things sometimes leads too.

   But similar we have to take care of our team also at that time if we wont reveal things to our teammates we would have face failure in terms of output. That output can be anything might be operational output, sales output, business output.

   Partially I do agree with this, this is the conclusion from my side.
